With us you are in safe hands

We jump high to rent out your property

Your first contact with us is with one of our skilled employees who will answer your questions and set you up in our system – completely non-binding and free of charge.

During the free and non-binding inspection, you will meet one of our experienced Housing Agents. After reviewing your property, we will work with you to set a realistic rent. We answer all your questions and prepare you for the next step in the rental process.

Once the agency agreement is signed, we immediately start finding the right tenant for your property. You have full control: reject a tenant and we find a new one – at no extra cost.

Our experienced Housing Agents handle the viewings. With a key to your property, we can present it thoroughly to potential tenants and highlight all its benefits.

The rental starts when the lease is signed. With our management agreements, Housing Denmark acts as your extended arm throughout the rental process.

After signing the lease, the tenant pays the deposit and prepaid rent to Housing Denmark. Within 6 business days after moving in, we transfer the amount to the landlord, less our fees and any costs.
